Band Boosters generally meet the first Tuesday of each month at
7:30 P.M. in the band room. The next
meeting will be held Tuesday,
March 4. All parents are expected to attend. We'll see you there!
BOOSTER HELP IS NEEDED TO PROVIDE SNACKS AND DRINKS
DURING BAND CAMP.
WHAT IS NEEDED:
**COOKIES AND BROWNIES: PLEASE BRING MONDAY AUGUST 11 TO THE
CONCESSION STAND
** POP TARTS, CEREAL BARS, GRANOLA BARS, PRETZELS, AND PEANUTS:
BRING THESE ITEMS TO
SUMMER REHEARSAL ON AUGUST 5 OR AUGUST 7.
**BOTTLED WATER (BIGGEST NEED), GATORADE, CANNED SODA: PLEASE BRING
DRINKS TO BAND

When sending money in for any reason,
please place it in an envelope with your
child's name, monetary amount, and purpose for the funds written clearly on
the front.
If possible, please use checks for any fees owed. Separate checks for
different items
are appreciated and greatly help our volunteer treasurers with their
bookkeeping efforts.

pick up your child at the estimated end time after practices and performances.
Our staff cannot leave until all students are gone, and they don't get paid
extra to wait!!!!!!!
