Dear Band Parents/Guardian

            The 2008 Martinsburg High School Band Banquet will be held on Thursday, May 15 at 6:30 p.m. in the school cafeteria.  This is a “family affair” and everyone is invited!  All students will be receiving some type of award and as a parent you are encouraged to join us.  Fried chicken, rolls and drinks will be provided.  We ask that you supplement our dinner with one of your “favorite” dishes.  Using the first letter of your last name, please bring a dish from the following categories:

                        A-J - Casseroles/Vegetables

                        K-P – Desserts

                        Q-Z –Salads

Please make enough for your family plus 4!
